Thank you for choosing Petalmore. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our preserved floral products, please note our return and refund policy for wholesale orders:

No General Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues once an order is shipped.
Damaged Items: If your products are damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging.
Solutions: Upon verification, we will offer an appropriate compensation solution, which may include a partial refund, credit for your next order, or replacement items in subsequent shipments.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Please contact your account manager immediately if changes are needed.
